Bad computer or just a bad wire?

i have a '88 camaro,305 tbi.one injector has power but the other does not.i used a volt-tester and tested the wire all the way to the computer,but it wasn't giving me good readings anywhere(cheap)...it's telling me my computer is bad but i have doubt considering one injector has power,so how can the computer be half bad? I wanted a second oppinion before having to spend money for parts that are non-returnable.
